Returns & Exchanges:

RETURNS

We want you to love your Own It OT purchase, so if you are not satisfied with your order, please send an email to info@ownitot.com within 30 days of your purchase and we will provide you with a return authorization and mailing information. At that point, you can return the unused item and we will be happy to refund you for the full amount of your purchase.

Please note: only items purchased on this website may be accepted for return. If you purchased your Own It OT product at one of our authorized retailers (i.e. Amazon), please contact them for assistance.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. Your refund will then be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 5-10 business days.

EXCHANGES

If you need to exchange a product for the same item, send an email to info@ownitot.com and we will provide an exchange authorization and mailing form.

CANCELLATIONS

If you would like to cancel your order, you can do so provided that the order has not yet been shipped. If the item you want to cancel has been shipped, the order cannot be cancelled but you can return the item for a refund as outlined above.
